Recurring collection on your preferred days
A regular collection arrangement can suit businesses with a predictable flow. Tell us your preferred frequency, time window and average volume and we assess a proposal for the route.
- Daily, specified weekdays or weekly
- Agreed origin and destination
- One contact for your arrangement
- Frequency, time and price confirmed first
When a regular route makes sense
Online stores with daily orders, wholesalers serving regular customers and branches sending goods to a depot can benefit from an agreed route. Irregular or temporary volumes may be better suited to a bulk request.
What to include
Specify weekdays, the collection time window, average parcel count, collection and destination addresses and the desired start date. Give an indication of duration and your existing arrangement.
A person checks the planning
A staff member checks whether the requested route is feasible and sends a proposal. After agreement, the collection time and operator are recorded. There is no automatic planner or online transport contract.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I request collection every working day?
- Yes. State the preferred frequency and time window. Availability for your location is confirmed per request.
- Can I choose two or three weekdays?
- Yes. List the specific days, or describe a different recurring schedule.
- Is there an online contract?
- The arrangement is based on a confirmed proposal, not an online contract. Discuss changes or stopping by email.
- How is it invoiced?
- Invoicing for the transport arrangement is agreed in the proposal. Do not assume that submitting the request activates monthly invoicing or credit.
