How prices are calculated

Rates are retrieved for your route, weight and dimensions, with our service margin included. Private customers see prices including 21% VAT; business customers see both excluding and including VAT. A carrier may adjust a charge if the actual parcel or address differs from the booking.

Secure payment and delivery

Payments are processed through Mollie, including iDEAL. We do not store your bank login details. Your chosen carrier delivers the parcel; use tracking for status updates. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee.
