1. Enter and compare
Enter both countries and postcodes and the packed weight and outside dimensions. Compare the available services by price, delivery method and estimated transit time.
2. Select a service and enter addresses
Choose the option suited to your parcel. Add complete sender and recipient details. If the selected service requires a service point, choose an eligible location in checkout.
3. Pay securely
Payment is handled through Mollie, including iDEAL. We create the shipment after payment is confirmed. Monthly invoicing is available only to business accounts explicitly approved for it.
4. Print and hand over the parcel
When the label is ready, download the PDF, print it and attach it clearly. Hand over the parcel to the carrier shown on the label. Printerless outgoing QR is not offered in this booking flow.
5. Follow your shipment
Use the tracking link or order status page. Carrier estimates are not delivery guarantees. Keep the handover receipt until delivery is confirmed.
