Send many parcels without a fixed carrier contract

Sending dozens or hundreds of parcels each week involves more than the individual price. Label creation, order records and handover also take time. Choose available services per shipment, consider API integration and request collection or monthly invoicing where suitable.

  • Choose eligible services per shipment
  • Monthly invoicing after manual approval
  • Collection available by separate confirmed arrangement
  • Integrate rates, labels and tracking through the API

Calculate your shipping price

Compare the available carriers on price and delivery time for your parcel.

Choose Business to see prices excluding VAT; the amount including VAT stays visible. Postcodes and outer dimensions are needed to compare suitable shipping options.

Where volume changes the workflow

At higher volumes, creating labels individually, recording costs and transporting boxes can become a substantial part of the work. Compare shipping prices alongside these operational tasks; savings or time improvements depend on your situation.

Review available carriers when weight, size or destination changes. No carrier is always cheapest, and regular volume does not automatically create a discounted tier.

Collection instead of drop-off

You can request collection at your business location, including bulk collection or a recurring arrangement. Give the location, volume and frequency so a proposal can be prepared.

Availability and price require confirmation per request. Collection is not booked through an automatic parcel-price formula and is not guaranteed merely because you have purchased labels.

Administration and invoicing

Signed-in business accounts can apply for monthly invoicing. Access is enabled manually for each approved account. Eligible shipments are then grouped on a monthly invoice. Otherwise, the normal advance-payment flow applies.

Reduce manual integration work

The API allows your system to request rates, create shipments and retrieve labels and tracking. Follow the documented booking, payment and idempotency requirements: integration is not permission to bypass payment confirmation.

For a temporary peak, a collection-capacity enquiry can be useful. Dates, volume and capacity need confirmation; this site does not promise unlimited peak capacity.
