Estimate costs by box and weight class
If you use a limited range of box sizes, compare costs for each typical size, weight class and route. Those results can inform what you charge in your own checkout or margin calculation; they are not a permanent price promise.
Recheck when your stock, packaging or destinations change. A parcel just above a size or weight boundary may fall in a different class. Current rates should be checked again when booking.
Shipping costs and administration
Business customers can request monthly invoicing. After manual account approval, eligible shipments are grouped on a monthly invoice instead of being paid individually in advance. Requesting it does not enable it automatically.
Business versus private comparison
Private customers see VAT-inclusive prices. Business presentation also shows the excluding-VAT amount for accounting. Selecting Business changes the presentation and relevant customer tariff; it does not remove VAT from the amount payable.
Volume and integrations
With growing volume, consider keeping shipment creation and status updates in your order system through the API. Collection arrangements require a separate confirmed proposal; do not assume a collection price is included in the online parcel quote.
