What you automate

Your system supplies addresses, packed weight and dimensions, requests current rates and selects an eligible service according to your own rules. Those rules might consider price, delivery method, destination and carrier preference.

The integration must still respect validation, payment confirmation and shipment idempotency. Automation is not permission to create duplicate shipments or bypass an unavailable service.

Technical setup

Use the shipping API for rate lookup, shipment creation, labels, tracking and eligible cancellation. Handle errors and retries explicitly. Retrieve and print only a valid label returned for the shipment; do not fabricate a PDF or QR code.

Tracking comes from the carrier. Status webhooks can update your system, but carrier scans may arrive later than shipment creation.

Printing multiple labels

Labels are retrieved per shipment. Your own integration can queue them for printing or combine valid PDFs where suitable. Do not assume this website provides a separate built-in combined print document.

Outgoing printerless QR is not offered in the current booking flow. Original carrier PDF labels remain carrier documents.

Without an integration

The existing calculator and checkout can create an individual shipment without an API connection. Collection arrangements and monthly invoicing are separate services requiring confirmation or account approval.
